Name: Bridget Renaud
Gender: Female
Age: 16
PC Box: Bridget's pokemon
Class: White Mage
Appearance:
At 5’1”, Bridget is a short, dainty girl with a slight build that lacks muscle and strength, kept so by her disinclination for exercise. A little vain of her light brown hair, she keeps it long and likes to try out different styles when she has the time. Her bangs are often in the way of her light purple eyes and her skin is neither particularly pale nor dark. Her posture is excellent and rarely relaxes for fear of a family member appearing to disapprove.
Bridget’s usual outfit is a high-collared long white coat edged in blue and dull gold, over a long, full skirt of varying shades of blue as she feels it shows her white mage status along with heavy, practical boots that lace up. When she changes her clothes, she prefers to stick to the formal look and long skirts unless she’s preparing for a very active event. If she had her way, no doubt she’d walk around in formal dresses everywhere.
Personality:
With a bright, peppy attitude, Bridget tends to run at the mouth though she prefers to call herself chatty. What she feels often shows easily, not only because she has an expressive face, but because she’s a little bit of a drama queen. Used to being with someone, she can get a little depressed if left alone for a while. She can get rather restless and impatient, often making mistakes because of it. Bridget has the makings of being sharp about people, but she’s still inexperienced and can turn oblivious
She tries her best to get along with others, often having moments of being a shameless hustler and plying them with sweet words since she knows that’s the best way to get what she wants, but truthfully she’s a brat inside. She’s not an advocate of being the better person and in reaction to antagonistic people, she lets loose her petty, snotty self.
Bridget burns with ambition to be a legendary White Mage, and she tends to focus mainly on her goal and is studious mostly in matters of healing. As a result, there may be gaps in her knowledge and she’s frank in not caring about it.
She believes fervently in healing the ill but that often conflicts with her baser nature and goal in creating her own hospital. So she compromises by asking for an undefined favor that she can call on at anytime in return. Bridget is scrupulously fair and will likely just request help, information, participation in battles with multiple trainers, or sometimes when she’s bored and wants to be entertained. However, if you owe her multiple favors, or if it’s complicated by other factors such as involvement in shady activity, or anything else that means risk for her, what she may request might be a fair bit more – substantial.
History:
An only child, Bridget partly grew up traveling to multiple places with her father whenever her mother took ill and they didn’t want to leave Bridget with busy family. Her father worked as a recruiter for a group of mages, and she found herself interested in magic. In their travels, she would see a great deal of the more minor illnesses as result of not enough healers and slowly became determined to change this. So while the people around her were busy, she would sneak off and attempt to heal pokemon.
With a large extended family, Bridget never lacked cousins to play with during their stays back home and became a little spoiled as she was one of the younger kids in the family. When not with her cousins, Bridget would often follow around various adult family members and almost by accident learned a little of how to handle customers and gained some familiarity with a variety of people.
She decided quickly to strike off on her own and make her way on her own. After disagreement from her parents because they were worried Bridget was too sheltered to handle the journey, she managed to persuade them to give her a chance.
Her parents gave her Callis, the ralts, when Bridget announced her goal of becoming a white mage and she met Sherwin, the rufflet, during a trip before her decision when she was practicing her abilities and he became curious enough to decide to follow her.

Having been banned from the house for the day along with her cousins for being too noisy, Bridget was currently lurking outside with books and a plate of food. She sighed unhappily as she stared at the ends of her longer bangs. Bridget had gotten bored of studying to pass the time and was grasping at anything to procrastinate. “How do they get so ragged?” she mumbled to herself.
“Because you chew on them,” a soft voice said behind her.
Flustered, Bridget flopped onto her back and looked upside down at her ralts. “I do not chew my hair.”
“Then why is the hand holding your hair creeping up to your mouth,” Callis said in disapproval.
Bridget glowered back, and yanked her hand away from her mouth. “I’m so bored,” she said to change the subject. “Who cares about trade and taxes and whatever. I’m a mage! Instead of wasting my time, I should be out doing mage things. I swear if my parents keep arguing, I’m just going to run away!”
Callis came closer. “Yes, that will convince them you are mature enough to be on your own.”
“You’re supposed to console me,” Bridget complained, and sat up. “I’m going to find someone who’ll listen to me!” Annoyed, she stuffed the rest of the food into her mouth and flounced off.
“You look like a patrat when you do that!” Callis crankily shouted after her.
Without looking back, Bridget gave a limp wave she knew was extremely obnoxious in acknowledgement.
